 Our Single Origin SWP Mexico beans are different from your typical decaf coffee, as the beans are decaffeinated using an natural process - Swiss Water Process.Traditional decaf coffee beans are decaffeinated using Ethyl Acetate, which is a harsh chemical that strips the coffee of its aroma and flavor. Our Swiss Water Processed decaf Mexican Veracruz coffee is light, nutty, stone fruit forward, and provides a wonderful chocolate profile throughout.
