Is there a minimum order for free shipping?

There is no minimum for Club member deliveries. For public promos or order-threshold offers, we clearly post the minimum (if any) on the promotion and at checkout.

Does free shipping slow delivery?

No. We roast to order and ship fast. Orders placed by 12 PM ET Monday–Friday typically roast and ship the same day.

Do you ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO?

Yes. Most carriers we use support PO boxes and APO/FPO. If we need any address adjustments, we’ll reach out via email.

Does whole bean vs. ground affect free shipping?

No. Whole bean is recommended for peak flavor, but choosing ground coffee for your brew method does not change free-shipping eligibility.
